Refund policy

We have a very limited return/exchange policy due to hygiene. Please refer to our Piercing Policies section regarding rescheduling/cancelling/late fees. 

All items will be shipped in sealed packaging with exception to tshirts, scarves and Briotech. In situations where the item can be sent in sterilized packaging there will be an indicator included in the package to verify to sterility. For jewelry that cannot be sterilized the items will be sent in heat sealed packaging. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging is compromised. Please check item before opening package. Use the contact form to submit any requests for returns/exchanges including order number and email, we will reply with a return shipping label in scenarios involving shipping damage or manufacturer defect. Customer is responsible for return shipping for returns or exchanges for items in sealed packages only. Briotech/ T- shirts/ Scarves are final sale only.
